Incorporating Yoga Into Your Field Hockey Training
Mixing up your training routine is key to challenging yourself, developing new skills and improving your overall performance. More and more, athletes are incorporating yoga into their training. It’s a great exercise for all athletes to help stretch and repair muscles, build core strength and improve mental focus.
