What’s In My Bag with Team STX’s Kitty Cullen

During Team STX’s trip to the U.K. to compete against Team England, we asked our players to share their game day necessities. It was Kitty Cullen’s first trip to Europe, so in addition to all the game necessities, she made sure she was ready for sightseeing and travel.

iPad & Headphone Splitter: I always take my iPad with me when I travel so that I have something to watch on the plane or in the car ride. My STX teammate Sam Farrell and I travel together a lot, so we’ll both plug in our headphones and watch a movie together.

Red Cleats: Nike sent me these to match my Team STX uniform. They’re very light and have higher tops to help support my ankles.

Purse: I got this from Nordstrom Rack; it’s my favorite store to buy purses and wallets. This is a great bag for travel since it’s smaller and easy to carry around for sightseeing. On the trip to London we got to travel to some great places like the London Eye and Borough Market and were able to see the changing of the guard.

Headband: I’m a big fan of tie-dye patterns and like the bright, summer colors on this headband. These stretchy headbands are my go-to way to pull my hair back and keep it out of my face during practices and games.

Wrist Cuff: Everyone on Team STX wore these during the game against Team England as a tribute to honor a teammate’s father who had passed away.

Screwdriver: I always carry a screwdriver in case my head comes loose or in case I have to take it off of my stick during travel.

4Sight Form Goggles: The goggle and stick evolution that STX has led in women’s lacrosse over the past few years has been amazing to watch. I love these goggles since they stay put during practices and games.
